  • Do I have to keep all my receipts? – Yes. It does not have to be a bit burdain or a rocket science. Here are 3 easy ways to do it:

    1. You snap a picture with your phone and create a dedicated “album” to all business receipts. Easiest, free; accessible only to you.

    2. You use Google Drive or Dropbox and create a folder, where you scan and save them. Preferably as PDF documents, and through your phone. Easy, free (with paid options); you need internet connection to save the scans.

    3. You use Hubdoc, QBO, Wave or any other app that offers receipt capture. Best for Well organized and directly into your accounting system; paid service.
